The Hornbill Festival is Nagaland's most famous cultural festival and is popularly known as the "Festival of Festivals." Organized by the Government of Nagaland, it brings together the state's diverse Naga communities to showcase their traditional customs, music, dance, food, crafts and indigenous way of life. The festival takes place primarily at the Naga Heritage Village at Kisama, near Kohima, where traditional village structures representing different Naga tribes create a unique cultural setting.
