Jibhi is a small, increasingly popular village in the Tirthan-adjacent valley, its wooden houses, apple orchards and a scenic waterfall having made it one of Himachal's most talked-about quieter alternatives to the busier Manali corridor in recent years. Homestays and small guesthouses dominate the accommodation, giving the village a genuinely local, low-key character even as its popularity has grown.
Short walks to nearby Jibhi Waterfall and the historic Shringa Rishi Temple in nearby Bahu village offer easy half-day outings, and Jibhi's position between the Tirthan and Banjar valleys makes it a convenient base for exploring both without committing to the longer journey further into either valley.
Jibhi's rise as a destination is a relatively recent phenomenon, driven largely by word-of-mouth and social media promotion among travellers seeking quieter alternatives to Himachal's more established tourist towns over the past decade or so.
